Anarestan Residential Complex

qom is the eighth largest city in Iran. It lies 125 kilometres (78 mi) by road southwest of Tehran and is the capital of Qom Province. Qom is the largest center for Shiʿa scholarship in the world, and is a significant destination of pilgrimage. Qom has developed into a lively industrial centre owing in part to its proximity to Tehran.

It is a regional centre for the distribution of petroleum and petroleum products, and a natural gas pipeline and a crude-oil pipeline from Tehran run through Qom to the Abadan refinery on the Persian Gulf. Qom gained additional prosperity when oil fields were discovered at Sarajeh near the city in 1956 and a large refinery was built between Qom and Tehran.

Residential Complex. Neighborhood

Nowadays, with the growing city growth, the disappearance of neighborhoods, neighborhoods and apartments, the identity of residential neighborhoods has also been ruined, apart from the destruction of the neighborhood fabric. In this project, it has been tried to create a neighborhood pattern at altitude.

Central Courtyard

Based on this, there is a central courtyard in the heart of the complex that has all the communication spaces (the alleys of the complex) to the central viewing space. This central courtyard can be the neighborhood of the neighbors. Apart from this, a public green space in the roof is considered as a common space and the center of the neighborhood with a view to the city centers and religious city of Qom.

In the roof of the complex, there are also 6 separate green spaces for the use of residential units. In the vicinity of the city and in the courtyard of the complex, the playground is projected.

In the lower floors of 78 parking spaces for two commercial units and 74 residential units in Venice, a large gym in the 1st floor is anticipated. In the parking lots, an open air opening opens up the parking lot for natural ventilation and air circulation.
On the ground floor there is also a children’s play area in the yard, the central courtyard, two hall for organizing ceremonies and management rooms. The entrance lobby with high altitude and the view to the central courtyard and adjacent green space has led to the creation of a different input space in the project of the city of Antarctica.
In the residential area, a common aisle around the central courtyard connects with the natural light, such as an urban passage in relation to neighborhood centers in the roofs and courtyards of residential units. In the upper classes, there is also a different view of the city of Qom.
The size of the residential is also avoided by creating a unique volume. In the design of the residential with the possibility to use the maximum and relying on the concepts of creating various spaces of the community, the creation of a passage and alley in the classes and according to fire regulations and municipal regulations around the central courtyard has been formed.

Creating a rhythm on the collection view also links each of the three views of the collection. This rhythm is also repeated in the interior of the central courtyard to understand the outer space inside a shape of a space continuum. Apart from this central courtyard, an outer space is an internal space, in other words, an intermediate space between the scale in the heart of the collection.
